The owner treats your personal information and processes either directly or using the work of others who will act as managers, internal or external to the facility where the owner, or as being responsible.
In any case, your data will not be disclosed.
Article 7 of the aforementioned decree confers specific rights. In particular, you are entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data, even if not yet recorded, and that such data be made available in an intelligible form. You can also ask to know the source of data, logic, purpose and procedures on which the treatment and the identification of the data processor of the Head of Representative in the State and the subjects / categories which data can be communicated or who may come to know them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. You may obtain deletion, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law and updating, rectification or, if there is interest, data integration and can also get confirmation that these operations are been notified of the data have been disclosed; may oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment itself.
